This is a long shot, but one of the first R/S fics I ever read was a multi-chapter NC-17 fic about an accident in Potions class where Sirius and Remus were attached at their wrists and they were stuck that way for like a week or two. All I remember about this fic is that because of a potion - I think Remus reacts badly because of his lycanthropy..., everyone can now hear Remus's thoughts and it's was very funny and Remus was insulting Slughorn, not knowing that he could hear it.

I'd really love to read it again so yeah! Help is appreciated.

This is driving me mad. This was a fic in which there's a potions accident and Snape and Lupin are de-aged into toddlers. Snape, being a very demanding toddler, is being cared for by Madame Pomfrey, and Sirius ends up taking care of Baby Remus.
